Your insurer may also mandate us to carry out your inspection, either through our application or directly with our team. With whom do we share your data?

We do not share data with any partners, suppliers or others, unless we open an account for you with your agreement, i.e. when your insurer mandates us to carry out your inspection (assisted self-assessment or with our team).
 

Where is your data stored?

We do not store any PHI data, such as social insurance numbers, health insurance numbers or credit card numbers, and encourage our customers never to send us such data.
 

Other customer data is stored by a reliable source: Google Workspace. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google data warehouses. How long is your data kept?

Your data is stored for 90 days after receipt of your inspection report.
 

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Site managers can also view and modify this information.
